This incredibly desirable 1959 Jaguar XK150S Roadster is an excellent original example out of 50 year ownership. Burgundy with original burgundy leather interior. It runs and drives well. The head is matching numbers but the block has been upgraded to a 3.8 liter unit at some point in the car's life. The paint is presentible from a few feet away but is not without its flaws upon closer inspection. The chrome shows well overall and the original interior showcases a lovely patina. A solid, straight, and honest car out of a good loving home. An unrestored car and a rare find. The desirable "S" performance model remains the most powerful street motor that Jaguar produced for the XK150. It represents the pinnacle of the XK150 lineup. It managed this significant bump in power through the use of a Weslake-developed straight-port cylinder head, high-compression pistons, and triple SU carburetors.
