1961 Porsche 356B Roadster

1961 Porsche 356B 1600 Roadster Chassis No. 88250 Engine No. 603366 Recently discovered from a trailer in Florida, this 356B Drauz Roadster was pulled from its place of rest and presented here as it was discovered. It had the same Florida owner from 1977-2013. It is matching numbers and original colors Aetna Blue paint over Light Brown Leatherette upholstery, and still fitted with its original power plant as it left the factory some 53 years ago. The Roadster does run and drive, although better suited for a trip around the block than an excursion across town - a complete mechanical tune-up is recommended. Luggage Rack, date coded wheels along with front and rear No.“50” body number stampings remain on the Roadster – Porsche Certificate of Authenticity accompanies. A great numbers-matching base for a full restoration or just a driver’s preservation.
