This incredibly rare and desirable 1967 Maserati Ghibli 4.7 Spyder Conversion is an absolutely beautiful example and a fantastic driver. Extremely attractive blue with blue interior. The conversion is believed to have been done by Campagna, the original factory. Noted by European Sports Car Senior FCA in Pebble Beach judge Tom Shaughnessy. Note the Spyder triangle reinforcements in the frame, drivers door jam, locking trunk latch, and hard boot locking latch, all signs of an original Spyder. Borrani knockoffs and factory air conditioning. Complete new professional paint job, color sanded and buffed with fit and finish by noted restorer Richard Jenkins. Complete new interior. Maserati sourced internal components for engine to complete a fresh rebuild. Rear suspension dropped and detailed. The car spent most of its life in Italy until brought over to a collector in Los Angeles. Chassis AM115 174 has a correct type 4.7 engine installed with number AM115 1002.
