This 1974 Jaguar XKE Series III V12 Roadster is a good original car for easy restoration. Back with black interior and equipped with a 4-speed transmission, factory hard-top, and air conditioning. This matching number example came to us in a partially disassembled state. Originally a Turquoise car, the outer panels have been painted black. The car is loosely bolted back together for presentation purposes and is not currently running and driving. The engine turns freely, the transmission appears to shift smoothly, and the car looks to be virtually complete. As can be seen in the photos below, there is no evidence of any rust and the underside of the car is particularly solid and clean. The bumpers are the more desirable European style chrome variety. This car could be made into a nice driver very easily, but would also be a wonderful car to restore as it requires little or no panel replacement. The only items known to be missing are the door handles, the heater box, the upper passenger inner door panel and the alternator. Other than these items, the car is believed to be complete. For only
